I would say no If you've read The Shadowy Street and The Mainz Psalter you've read the best this book h

But that's not the only story with a British setting and Ray is not entirely au fait with British names or forms of address or else translator Lowell Bair is not suitably localising them and so we also get gems like this'Don't be sad MrDave she stammered An estate in Doncaster can't bring happiness'Which is true as far as it goes but maybe doesn't strike uite the right note for a story intended to chill Let alone the bit where someone wins money betting on the racing at Norwood whichI'm not saying has never happened but I'm struggling to wo

I have no excuse
