[Yang Yang] ¼ Taijiquan: The Art Of Nurturing, The Science Of Power [womens-fiction PDF] Read Online ê Awesome book explaining concepts of Yin Yang, and purpose of Taiji practice.
Very informative and written by my old next door neighbor who was Taiji Master in China for 3 years He studied with very well known Grandmaster Feng Zhiquiang in China as a boy, and the foreword to the book is written by him Great book explaining evidence based benefits of Taiji and all aspects of its practice to get most benefits.
Can get it at www.
chentaiji.
com or google center for Taiji studies and Yang Yang.
An amazing convergence of Chinese and Western sciences.
Rarely does East meet West with one foot so deeply planted in each, and yet the spirit is lifted to a powerful and healing dance within this book Probably not the best choice for someone completely lacking in familiarity with Taoism and Chinese philosophy, but an essential guide to the Taiji student I will return to this book often, as a single reading has merely opened my eyes.
This which was going to be my textbook for the Tai Chi class that I had to drop when we had the earthquake It s interesting and giving me feeling fine points for reading some nonfiction for a change but is mostly convincing me that Tai Chi is enough like yoga that I probably don t have to take it up My yoga practice is making me perfectly happy.
